Newsletter Sender (newslettersender.com) is run by KT8 Digital Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17532743. Our registered office is at 40 Hazeldene Gardens, Uxbridge, UB10 9DJ, United Kingdom. We can’t receive visitors at this address at present, so please get in touch at hello@newslettersender.com.
2. These terms
These terms cover your use of this website and our forms. If we open an account for you, we’ll send you the terms of service and data processing agreement for that account before you start sending, and those will apply to the service itself.
3. Applying for an account
- Please give accurate details. We check every application by hand, including your website and how your list was built.
- We decide which applications to accept and don’t have to accept any. Where we can, we’ll tell you why.
- Applying is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- Registering interest in transactional email doesn’t reserve a place or a price. The service isn’t available yet, and we may change our plans for it.
4. How we expect everyone to send
We protect our sending reputation for every customer, so all accounts must:
- send only to people who have asked to hear from them, as UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) require
- never use bought, rented, shared or scraped lists
- include a working unsubscribe link in every newsletter, and honour it straight away
- send nothing misleading, illegal, harmful or deceptive, and nothing that pretends to come from someone else
If bounces, complaints or the content of an email put deliverability at risk for other customers, we may pause an account’s sending while we look into it with you.
5. Using this website
You may use this website for its intended purpose. Please don’t try to disrupt it, misuse its forms or send automated requests to it. We work to keep the website available and accurate, but can’t promise it will always be either.
6. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or our forms.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we do with the details you give us.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute.
