1. Who we are
Newsletter Sender (newslettersender.com) is run by KT8 Digital Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17532743. Our registered office is at 40 Hazeldene Gardens, Uxbridge, UB10 9DJ, United Kingdom. We can’t receive visitors at this address at present, so please get in touch by email. KT8 Digital Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZC281514.

2. Enquiries, applications and registering interest
When you contact us through the website, we keep your name, email address, organisation, website, your message and, if you tell us, the size of your list and how often you plan to send. When you apply for a newsletter account, we keep what you tell us: your name, email address, organisation, website, the size of your list, how people joined it, how often you plan to send, what you send with now and any notes. When you register interest in transactional email, we keep your name, email address, organisation, website, rough monthly volume, what you would send, what your site runs on and any notes.
We use these details only to reply to you, review your application, tell you about the service you asked about and decide what to build. They are stored in a Cloudflare database in Western Europe, and a copy is emailed to us so we can reply. We keep them for as long as we need them for that purpose, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
3. Your subscribers, when you’re a customer
Once your account is open, you stay in charge of your list. You are the data controller for your subscribers’ details, and we process them for you, only to send your email, handle bounces, complaints and unsubscribes, and show you your reports. We never sell your subscribers’ details, use them for anything else or share them, unless the law requires us to.
Every customer gets a data processing agreement. It sets out how we look after your list, where it is stored and the services we use to deliver your email.
4. Cookies, analytics and checking you’re a person
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools.
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. Turnstile is run by Cloudflare: it sees your IP address and basic details of your browser, and we pass it your IP address when we check its answer. To slow down abuse, we also count form posts from each IP address for a minute at a time. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more.
5. Who else sees your details
Our website and database run on Cloudflare. The emails telling us about each enquiry and application are sent through Cloudflare’s email service. Beyond these, we don’t share your details with anyone, unless the law requires us to.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we handle enquiry, application and interest details on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you and running the service, and to take steps you’ve asked for before a contract. You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete them
- object to how we use them
